Tiffany Swanigan, CAE, is Vice President of Operations at the Society of Women Engineers (SWE), a global organization representing more than 50,000 members across 600 affiliate groups worldwide. In her role, she leads global membership growth, engagement, and operational strategy, partnering closely with executive leadership and the Board to advance SWE’s mission and long-term sustainability.

With more than 15 years of experience in association leadership, Tiffany has guided organizations through growth, transformation, and transition, with a focus on member experience, governance, and scalable operations. She is a people-centered executive known for building strong organizational cultures and leading teams that are engaged, high-performing, and motivated by purpose. Tiffany is a Certified Association Executive (CAE), an ASAE Diversity Executive Leadership Program (DELP) Scholar, and currently serves on the Association Forum Board of Directors.
