Lizzie has over 15 years of experience leading high-performing teams across diverse associations. 
As Executive Director of ASHE & AHE at the American Hospital Association, Lizzie leads a team who spearhead initiatives focused on reducing regulatory burden for the health care-built environment and enhancing education and professional growth for health care facilities and environmental services professionals. 
Previously, Lizzie has served as the Senior Director of Customer & Member Experience at the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), overseeing the membership engagement, customer service and chapter relations teams; the Director of Internal/External Affairs for the American Osteopathic Foundation leading scholarship program development; Director of Member Engagement at the American Osteopathic Association developing leadership programs for emerging physicians, strengthening the organization's pipeline for professional development. And as Director of Administration at the Commercial Law League of America improving data analytics, member engagement and operational efficiency.

She has a passion for mission-driven organizations. She holds a degree in Public Health with a focus on Community Health Education from Illinois State University. She is deeply committed to sustainability, professional advocacy, and fostering innovative organizational solutions that empower professionals and drive measurable impact.
