Bob Moore, MA, CAE, is a recognized leader in association management with 20 years’ experience serving major national and international organizations. 
Moore is currently the Executive Director of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, an 18,000-member professional association of physicians, residents and students working to promote excellence in osteopathic family medicine through quality education, visionary leadership and responsible advocacy.

Previously, he was the first chief operating officer of the 30,000-member American Dental Hygienists’ Association.  As COO, Moore facilitated new strategic and business plans and an office relocation, achieving profitability and increasing reserves by nearly $300K.

Moore is active as a volunteer leader with the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and Association Forum, Chicago. He is a Diversity Executive Leadership Program (DELP) scholar with the ASAE. A graduate of Illinois State University with a BS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Moore earned his MA in Organizational Communications from the University of Northern Iowa.
